My British Bulldog started showing signs of seasonal alopecia a few months ago and his lower back had lots of bald patches that just appeared out of nowhere and wouldn’t go away. Unfortunately this is purely a breed specific issue and there is no “treatment” per say with the exception of sunlight (vitamin D) and a potentially costly trip to the vet. A few people suggested Melatonin supplements but I wasn’t sure if this would support the regrowth of his hair so I took a chance on these tablets and within the first 2 weeks his back was noticeably better. His back now has no bald spots and his coat looks thicker again. Plus, he genuinely likes eating these which is perfect as it means I can put it in with his food and not have to get creative. Best product on the Market – Our Maltipom loves these chews. I discovered this product after being told by Wilko I’d have to wait 3 weeks for their comparable chews. Found these on Amazon, price wise very competitive and delivered the next day.
