The Pet Food Bank Service

The Pet food bank service provides pet food to independent foodbanks. Their aim is provide pet food to keep pets out of shelters and at home where they belong. It also stops the poverty cycle of people having to share their human food with their pets.

Based in Barry, South Wales, this charity has provided over 356,964 pet meals since 2018 and 12,020 dog treats and 2,183 cat treats. Their work has also prevented pet food from going to landfill.

Right now our two cockapoos are strutting around proudly, each with with a split antler in the mouth, as if to say ... aren't I clever! lol. With the heavy rain we've been having, I was desperate for something to keep our one year old cockapoo occupied, and this was it! She chewed on her split antler for much of the day, and it helped to keep boredom away. In buying a chew, what is most important to me is whether it is cruelty free, and whether it is safe, and free of toxins, contaminants and so on. These split antlers tick all the boxes. Bought for our 16 week old puppy and 2 year old dog. We used these for our Cockapoo when he was a puppy and they save our skirting boards! He still loves them.
